Are the products you sell legal to purchase?
Yes, all of our products are completely legal as none of the CBD oils contain any THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) the principal psychoactive (mind altering) constituent of cannabis.

What's your returns policy?
We have a no-quibble refund policy for any goods purchased from our online store, as long as the goods are in an as-new unused condition.
In cases of bottles of CBD and personal hygiene products, unfortunately we are unable to refund if the bottle seal has broken (opened), or if the item has been removed from any hygienic packaging.

Where can I find my order number?
You can view your order number on the order or shipping confirmation email we sent you. If you are an account holder, you can log into My Account and click on ‘Orders’ to view all of your orders.
The item I've received is broken or damaged.
We’re really sorry about that, please Contact Us to arrange the return of your faulty item to us for a full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your parcel reaches us, we’ll send you an email and complete your refund. Depending on your payment method, it can then take up to 5-10 days for the refund to show on your account but this is beyond our control.
